With the release of The Ballad Of Gay Tony, the second of two exclusive Grand Theft Auto IV expansion packs for the Xbox 360, Rockstar is teasing the "Next Stop" "Coming March Everywhere".
The tease appears as a full page ad in Episodes From Liberty City, the standalone retail pack of The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and the Damned (the first of the two 360 exclusive expansions).
"Liberty City, It's Over!" may come as a blow to all the PS3 and PC GTA fans, as it could dash their last hopes that the two GTA IV expansion packs could be coming their way. As we all know they were exclusive to the 360, however with this generation the word "exclusive" is becoming increasingly blurred.

So is this tease for a new expansion for GTA IV? Or a standalone game? Or something entirely different? Whatever the case, the specific words "Coming March Everywhere" should calm any nerves of further console exclusivity.
With the original GTA IV being released in April 2008, it would give Rockstar just shy of 2 years between the major releases. And considering the gap between GTA III and GTA Vice City (12 months), and Vice City to San Andreas (24 months), it's certainly not unreasonable to expect that this could be the next major entry to the Grand Theft Auto series.
So what could the next GTA be? A remake of Vice City? Will we be heading back to San Andreas? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.
