Two million people dead by the end of the first day. Another seven million at the end of the first week. The Reapers have found Earth and they ain't best pleased. The story is set as Shepard is preparing to save Earth once again, in Mass Effect 3.
Mass Effect 3 is the second game to be announced at the Video Game Awards tonight and what an announcement it is. Shepard is once against poised to save humanity as the Reapers attack Earth. Killing countless millions, the Reapers will stop at nothing to wipe out human populations around the galaxy.
The first trailer shows an injured sniper held up in the Big Ben, in London, watching the Reapers attack innocent civilians. Shepard, watches from orbit as the destruction of Earth widens around the globe.
No details have been announced, however, it is releasing next holiday season on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
