Disney Interactive has confirmed the release date for their explosion-packed-racer, Split/Second, today. The PSP release features a bunch of new content not found in the console releases, exploding over US shelves on November 16.
The PlayStation Portable version includes the same 12 circuits which were in the 360 and PS3 releases, along with an additional track that has yet to be unveiled. A new challenge mode has also made the cut and four-player Ad-Hoc multiplayer support.
Disney has touted the PSP racer as offering the same experience as their console counterparts, with additional tweaked platform-specific controls.
Split/Second PSP releases on November 16 in the US, Disney Interactive have yet to give a date for Europe but we'll let you know once they have.
