Previously thought to be exclusive to Japan, Nintendo has today confirmed a December 3 European release date for Mario's 25th anniversary, Super Mario Collection.
The collection, which celebrates 25 years of Mario, contains the original Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels and some extra collectables which have yet to be revealed.
First announced in Japan, it was thought that the collection would be a Japanese market exclusive, thankfully not.
Nintendo have also announced a red, special edition Mario-branded Wii and DSi, both for Japan. No word on whether they're an exclusive, we'll contact Nintendo and find out.
Super Mario Collection releases on December 3 throughout Europe for the Nintendo Wii.
