The classic Beyond Good & Evil which released way back in 2003 is getting the high definition treatment. Ubisoft announced the remake today and said it would be heading to both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
The remake will feature full 1080p visuals, improved character models, polished textures, a re-mastered soundtrack, achievements/trophies, and an online leaderboard.
Jade is the main protagonist in Beyond Good & Evil, as players investigate installations in search of the truth about a war with an alien threat.
The game first released on the PC, Xbox, PS2 and GameCube back in 2003.
Beyond Good & Evil HD hasn't been given a formal release date yet, but it is due sometime next year. You can check out the first HD screenshots of the title here.
