Fumito Ueda has confirmed a holiday 2011 release date for The Last Guardian during Sony's press conference today, he also said that the game would include support for 3D upon release.
When Fumito Ueda took the stage at Sony's press conference in Japan, he showed a new trailer for The Last Guardian which confirmed the holiday 2011 release date.
He further went on to say that it would also support 3D upon release and that the human character portrayed in the game was originally a girl, not a boy.
The news comes along with confirmation that the long rumored HD remakes of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus will be hitting in Spring next year.
The Last Guardian will be releasing exclusively on PlayStation 3 in the holiday season of next year, we'll let you know once a more solid release date is announced.
