Capcom have said at GamesCom that the previously reported Resident Evil 5 patch, which will include PlayStation Move support, will be patched into the Gold Edition of the game on September 19.
The new patch which introduces Move support to Resident Evil 5 will only be made available to people who own the Gold Edition, Capcom have said that due to technical issues the patch could not be applied to the original game.
For those countries where the Gold Edition wasn't released, Capcom are releasing a new "Move Edition" to accomodate everyone.
Move support will be patched into Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition on September 19, a week after PlayStation Move officially launches.
