EA has taken the stage at GamesCom and announced that David Beckham is joining the EA Sports Active 2 team to work on the product and develop an authentic and credible sports product.
Jens Uwe Intat, SVP and GM of European publishing, EA said "David has always worked hard to stay in excellent shape and has inspired people around the world to make fitness a priority."

EA Sports Active 2 releases on November 19 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, the game will be compatible with Kinect and Move.
