Sony Online Entertainment has announced the release date for its upcoming free-to-play Star Wars game today. Known as Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures, the title will release on September 15.
Originally announced just before E3 for a fall release, Clone Wars Adventures is a PC exclusive online free-to-play game which will include minigames, events, rewards, social environments and competitions.
Players will be able to duel iconic adversaries with a custom built lightsaber, or take to space in their own custom starfighter to battle starships and other starfighters.
The game is free-to-play online, however, players can subscribe to a monthly membership at $5.99 bringing with it some exclusive benefits.
Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures releases on September 15 which will coincide with the Season Three premier of The Clone Wars on Cartoon Network and is an exclusive online PC game.
