Activision has said that True Crime: Hong Kong has been moved into next year to give the game more polish, providing United Front Games with "more time to deliver the high-quality entertainment experience they envision for the game".
True Crime: Hong Kong was originally slated for a fall 2010 release window but has now been pushed into 2011. No exact date was mentioned for 2011, however, it comes from the company's Q2 2011 investor's report which could mean it's due sometime in the second quarter of 2011.
The developers, United Front Games, have been given "more time to deliver the high-quality entertainment experience they envision for the game" says Activision, which can never be a bad thing, better late and polished than early and dirty.
It's due on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 sometime next year.
