THQ has announced that its upcoming Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine game will now be releasing on the PC alongside its Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 counterparts, all three are due early next year.
The title was announced by THQ in May last year for an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 release, however, with nearly all Games Workshop games being on PC, it seems logical to bring the third-person shooter to PC gamers.
"The loyal PC audience is incredibly important to us here at Relic so we are delighted to be able to announce the PC version of the game."Said Relic Boss Jonathan Dowdeswell.THQ's Travis Plane added: "Delivering great content the fans want to play is the key goal in the core games division at THQ so we are pulling out all of the stops to make this the best possible game for PC and console audiences alike."
