Sony Online Entertainment confirmed the release date at the companies Comic-Con panel over the weekend after a previous announcement that the title would release sometime in November.
The DC Universe Online panel which took place at San-Diego Comic-Con over the weekend saw the announcement made by Sony Online Entertainment as November 2.
The MMO's official website is currently taking beta applications should you feel the urge to apply and test out your super hero skills. Alternatively you can keep abreast of the beta progress through the game's Facebook fan page.
Game is due out on PC on November 2.
