Square Enix has today announced its newest game in development, Lord of Arcana, for the PlayStation Portable. It was previously teased last year and looked to be the company's own interpretation of Monster Hunter.
The game was previously announced and teased through its official site last year but only now has it been officially announced.
The PSP title will include four player co-op for friends to battle it out against various menacing monsters with "simple and intuitive controls".
"Set in the world of Horodyn, players take on the role of slayers trying to get their hands on the incredible power of Arcana,"
"With incredible visuals and non-stop action, mixed with great multiplayer co-op and creatures designed by a variety of world-famous illustrators, Lord of Arcana is not to be missed when it comes to the PSP system" said SCE product manager Rob Rutter.
No date has been announced for the game but its obviously been in development since last year so chances are it could be sometime before the festive season.
