The big reveal has just happened at the Nintendo E3 conference in Los Angeles, Satoru Iwata has shown off the new Nintendo 3DS for the first time with a big launch line-up of titles.
Here's the feature list Iwata mentioned:
- Slider to adjust, or remove, the 3D effect.
- Two screens, bottom is touch, top (3D screen) is not, it's 3.5".
- Two cameras so you can take 3D pictures.
- Plays 3D movies (No plans for movie releases this year).
The new handheld can also communicate with other 3DS's without "knowing", and will support wireless communication. What does this mean? Your 3DS can discover new levels, ghost data, and characters, and download them to the system without you having to do anything.
