Sony has announced over on its official PlayStation Blog that a new God of War game is coming, though this time, it's on the PSP. Titled God of War: Ghost of Sparta, it will be the second in the series on the PlayStation Portable and is being developed by the same people behind Chains of Olympus, developers Ready at Dawn.
SCEA's Eric Levine says over on the blog that Ghost of Sparta will be "pushing the limits of what PSP can do with state-of-the-art visual technologies, higher resolution environments, and greater depths of scale"
The game itself will server as a prequel, set after the events of God of War, it details the events of Kratos' rise to power.
