SCEA have announced the release of a God of War Collection for the PlayStation 3 which includes the original two games on one disc with 720p anti-aliased graphics and network trophy support.
That's right, the original God of War and God of War II will be in full 1280x720 resolution which should look great given its age on a single Blu-ray disc.
Sony said that both of the titles which were developed by SCE Studios Santa Monica for the PS2 have now been remastered with anti-aliased graphics 720p resolution running at 60 frames per second.
Not only are you getting two games however, for the retail price of $39.99 you are also getting trophy support for the first time in any God of War game, that should be incentive enough.
No official word has yet been given on an EU release or price.
